The Classes:
High-Intensity Strength & Conditioning
Mondays from 6:45 pm–7:15 pm
The most intense workout of the week, these sessions consist of calisthenics, plyometrics, circuits, and high-intensity interval training, designed to train all major muscle groups and movement patterns. Conditioning work is designed to be very challenging and targets the anaerobic and glycolytic energy systems.
Mobility, Flexibility, & Active Recovery
Wednesdays from 6:45 pm–7:15 pm
A low-intensity class that focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, and recovery. Each class often emphasizes a specific set of tissues, a movement archetype, or specific injury-prevention needs. Participants are taught how to incorporate these movements into their day-to-day training to help ensure long-term progress.
General Physical Preparedness & Athleticism
Fridays from 6:00 pm–6:30 pm before open mat
A unique, dynamic, and constantly-varied class that exposes clients to a wide variety of fundamental and advanced movement skills. Classes often incorporate plyometrics, speed and agility drills, core stability training, dynamic movement flows, and additional mobility work.
“I have found their services to be very useful, especially the CAP (Combat Athlete Performance) classes, led by Conor. I have limited exercise background/knowledge, so I really appreciate the instruction in CAP since it helps me identify areas in which I can improve. Conor works with you if anything needs to be scaled according to your capabilities, but he still creates a cohesive class for all who attend.”
– Havilah Ravula, Muay Thai athlete and current CAP client

Just wear comfortable training clothes and bring water. We provide everything else. You will be required to be barefoot for the entire class.
-
Probably. Each class is run by doctors of physical therapy who understands how to scale and modify around injury history. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body while still training with intent.
-
Possibly. If a younger athlete is focused, able to follow directions, and ready to work hard, they’re welcome to try a class. There’s no strict age cutoff, but classes are designed for adults. If you’re unsure if your child is a good fit, just get in touch and we’ll talk it through.
